Rodents: Through an interior trapping program and good rodent-blocking, we will stop the interior population and prevent more from coming in. We then recommend an exterior population control program.
Ants: Ants normally will only come into a home in search of food or water. They can be treated with a perimeter spray on the exterior and with baiting methods on the inside.
Cockroaches: By keeping the interior of your house clean and implementing a baiting program, we can stop most infestations. Some heavier infestations may require spraying.
Gophers: Using trapping techniques, we have been very successful at removing gophers from yards. No poison or gas is necessary for this treatment.
Termites: Termites are found during a termite inspection. They can be taken care of by local treatments using borate products, heat treatment, and fumigation. Subterranean termites are treated locally in the soil.
Spiders: We stop spiders through a combination of brushing down their webs and using a repellent spray in the eave area and around entrances to prevent them from coming in.
Fleas: They are normally brought in by household pets. Flea medication for your pets plus a flea treatment for your house and yard will fix this problem.
Bees: Bees can be taken care of with a simple treatment, although after the treatment, their hive needs to be removed or it will attract more bees.
Flies: A combination of cleaning infested areas and baiting will take care of this problem.
